Disaster Volunteer Assistance & Clean Up - Portal Registration

 

Organizations who can assist with Disaster Recovery need to register by following the simple steps below.

1.       Register - your organization will register through www.volunteerhouston.org - volunteers use to get connected with recovery projects. Step by step directions are listed below.

2.       Cleanup – organizations will use Crisis Cleanup www.crisiscleanup.org for work orders that will direct the cleanup effort.

Note:  the above steps are only for organizations that can sponsor volunteers ready for disaster clean up.

A mass email will be sent to volunteers to register on volunteerhouston.org for agency disaster needs. You must register as an agency to have a listing posted for volunteers to view and join.

If your agency is in need of volunteers to assist in the recovery efforts, you must post your Disaster Response needs on the Volunteer Houston database – www.volunterhou.org  (same Volunteer Houston – but notice different web address than above).

Your needs will be reviewed, approved, posted on volunteerhouston.org, and sent out through our social media to help recruit volunteers.
