Texas Black Expo College Fair Saturday June 9th

In partnership with HISD Trustee Wanda Adams, Texas Black Expo is hosting its annual College Fair from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 9, 2018, at the George R. Brown Convention Center.

High-impact college fair designed to give tenth and eleventh grade students the tools needed for success in college and career.

Why
Get your college questions answered, and learn about your dream career!
Meet one-on-one with college recruiters from schools across the country.
Speak with representatives about the college admissions process, academic offerings, student life, athletics, financial aid, and more.
Learn about Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), black alumni groups, and other universities.
Participate in college and career workshops; learn directly from industry professionals during career sessions.
The event is free, and open to all tenth and eleventh grade students; registration is required. After registering, students will be eligible to win a $1,500 college scholarship!

  1. Never missed any of my college annual functions and exponential days always organized by planners. Still remember the gala musical function planned at convention center with our favorite bands. Everybody enjoyed a lot with jazz and soothing trendy beats. Loved the drinks and snacks offered to all the guests.
