The National Society of Black Engineers’ 2019 Spring Scholarship cycle is now open! To apply for scholarships and to learn more, go to apply.nsbe.org.

To view and apply for scholarships, you must:
Renew your NSBE membership for the year.
Have a verified GPA in your membership profile.
Complete and update the following fields in your membership profile: education level, major, citizenship status, chapter and region.
To remain eligible for NSBE scholarships, members of the Society are required to verify their GPA twice a year: once in the spring and again in the fall. Your previous GPA expired on March 31, 2019. Spring GPA verification began on April 8, 2019. All GPAs verified in the Spring/Summer will be valid until Aug. 31, when they expire, and you must then reverify your GPA in the Fall/Winter. GPAs verified in the Fall/Winter will be valid until March 31, 2020.

Spring/Summer GPA Verification Window:
April 8–Aug. 31, 2019, 11:59 p.m. EDT

Fall/Winter GPA Verification Window:
Sept. 1, 2019–March 31, 2020, 11:59 p.m. EDT

It is important to complete and frequently update all demographic information fields in your NSBECONNECT profile. The demographic information will determine your eligibility for all scholarships and awards.

The deadline to apply for the NSBE Jr. Bridge Scholarship is June 20, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. EDT. The deadline to apply for the other Spring scholarships is June 30, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. EDT.
