Position Summary:
Answering inbound calls,
Assisting callers with
EZ Tag questions, processing toll violation payments, etc.
Position Details:
Location: North and West
Houston locations
M-F -An 8 hour shift
(between 7am - 7pm) & SATURDAY 8AM-4PM + add'l weekday off-
SUNDAY off-5 day work
week.
Job Description:
High volume of Incoming

Computer proficient
Detail oriented
Superior communication
skills.

Pay is $13/hour.
Requirements:
Pass customer service
testing;
Pass a background check
(NO felonies, misdemeanors, unpaid tickets, unpaid tolls,
toll violations, open
warrants, or deferred adjudication) AND a drug test - do not apply
if you cannot pass both.
Must attend two week
paid training
Must be able to work
EVERY Saturday from 8:00-4:30.
Monday through Friday
mustbe able to work an 8 HOUR SHIFT between
the hours of 7:00 am and
7:00 pm. HCTRA will dictate schedule changes.
School schedules, day
care, part time jobs, etc. CANNOT be accommodated
Days off are Sunday and
one day
during the week.
