Provides routine maintenance and repair to ensure quality and well-maintained public grounds and outdoor features. Specific duties include being assigned to a work crew that de-litters parks, perform basic lawn care, making minor improvements/repair to outdoor features including bleachers, picnic tables, benches, and routine custodial duties. Utilize various lawn and gardening tools: mowers, weed eaters, backpack blowers, small gas operated equipment and perform miscellaneous assignments as required. Work is 32 hours per week based on department needs and may be required to work on weekends and holidays including different work shifts of the Division. Work hours could vary up to including 8pm at night. Some shifts could start as early as 6.30am and end as late as 8pm. ROTATING WEEKENDS- 6:30am-3:30Pm LOCATION 1: 6501 MEMORIAL DR.
