Subject: Plumbing Apprenticeship Opportunity
The Houston Area Plumbing Joint Apprenticeship Committee will be accepting applications for possible Plumber Apprentice and Service and Repair Plumber Apprentice Classes starting September 13, 2021 through October 22, 2021 (Classes for successful candidates to begin January 2022).
Applications will be available at the Houston Training Center located at 454 Link Road, Houston Texas Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30am and 4:30pm. Applications will also be accepted by appointment only at the Houston Area Plumbing Joint Apprenticeship Committee instructional Service Centers in the Rio Grande Valley at 4841 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi and in Beaumont at 695 Chamberlin Drive.
Basic qualifications for acceptance into the Program are that applicants be at least 18 years of age, and a high school graduate or have a Certificate of Equivalency (G.E.D.).
