Our Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator Jordyn Forsyth tells us in this week's blog how much sugar the average American eats per day, including some you think are healthy (wheat bread, Cheerios, orange juice). All this sugar is leading to health problems of epidemic proportions, including obesity, tooth decay, inflammation, and heart disease.
