INTERN AT NASA INFO (even if it delays your college graduation!)

ALERT! Some students don't like to participate in COOP or internships because it will delay getting that diploma! In today's competitive job market it is MUCH better to delay graduation and get an internship that leads to a job than to graduate quickly and not have a job -- it's easier to get a job when you have one than to get a job if unemployed. JUST A FACT! Even if the job you get from the internship is not your dream job, showing you have a track record and were hired or made an offer after your internship is a :PLUS when interviewing for a new job! Companies know that the folks you worked with evaluated your value added and thought enough of your efforts to hire you!

NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC) will be opening several job announcements in February for our Pathways Intern Employment Program (a Cooperative Education Program). The JSC Pathways Intern Employment Program allows engineering and business students to gain valuable work experience on an alternating school/work basis, and serves as a pipeline for our future full-time employees.
