You are one of the first to receive this information for an
exciting, intensive 24-Saturday and 3-week summer program entitled “UHD STEM
Training Center Research program”!
This program begins in April 2016 and ends in January 2017!
Those applying to, selected for, and committed to the program will engage in a
number of STEM research training opportunities, career development
opportunities, and softskill trainings as well. All selectees will have
an opportunity to engage in deep research science across biology, microbiology,
chemistry, computational chemistry, mathematics, control and instrumentation
engineering robotics, and computer science! Selectees will develop and
complete a PhD mentored scientific project culminating in a public poster
demonstration at UHD in November/December.
Only 54 students will be selected for the UHD STEM Training Center
Research program! Selectees must meet all eligibility requirements!
The application is only available online! Selectees must be rising juniors, current juniors, or
rising seniors!

To be accepted into this program you must meet all
eligibility requirements, commit to 24 Saturday training dates and a three week
summer training period to take place in July 2016. Your must also be a
rising junior or current junior or rising senior to participate in this
STEM Training Program.
