As in previous years, the Tour will celebrate McDonald’s continued devotion to Ronald McDonald House Charities. In each city, the Tour will raise money to support local families served by the Charity. Since 2013, Tour attendees have donated more than $1.1MM to aid in keeping families together while their children are ill.

IMPORTANT! For this event, the gates to the parking garages open promptly at 6:00pm. For safety reasons and to avoid having your vehicle towed, please do not arrive or line up at the gates before 6pm, or park in any areas not identified as Lakewood Church parking. Parking in Lakewood Church designated locations is FREE.

Are there locations to pick up physical tickets in my local area?
Yes, tickets are also available ONLY at the McDonald's stores listed above (while stock lasts).
Are there any restrictions I need to be aware of?
YES! Do NOT arrive or line up at parking gates prior to 6pm, as the parking garages will not be accessible. You must observe ALL "No Parking," "Truck Loading Only," and "No Church Parking" signage where posted. You are subject to towing if you park in these areas. As such, only park in areas identified as Lakewood Church parking. Parking in these is FREE for this event.
Since the event is FREE, do I still need a ticket to attend the concert?
Yes, a ticket is REQUIRED for entry. If you do not have an electronic or physical ticket, we will not be able to allow entry.
Does a ticket guarantee entrance into the concert?
The concert is first come, first seated. Due to fire and safety regulations, once we reach maximum capacity for the venue, we're unable to allow additional entrants (even if you have a ticket).
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to attend the concert?
A photo ID is not required. There is no age limit to enter the concert, however, if your child is large enough to require his/her own seat, a ticket is required.
What time do the doors open?
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Please READ the restrictions regarding arrivals and parking listed above. Due to fire and safety regulations, once we reach maximum capacity for the venue, we're unable to allow additional entrants (even if you have a ticket).
