I wanted to ask if you could add this info to your list. I've attached a flyer to this email. My wife is a nurse and started a non-profit organization named CompassRN to give access, awareness, and mentorship to underserved and underrepresented students to the field of nursing. One of our avenues of awareness is nurse camps. Since founding the organization in 2021 we expanded from 1 nurse camp (2022 pictured @ UST) to 9 camps with 1 in Dallas with Baylor. I must say she has done this while still working a full time job. :-)
The website is www.CompassRN.org. We have video content on the site that shows some of what we have done so far.
We are wanting to spread the word for this camp. We have partnered with UH Katy College of Nursing and the camp is open to any school district in the area. We have about 10 spots left. We went from working with about 35 students last year to over 200 students this year.
Sidenote: we are always accepting donations, corporate sponsorships, partnerships, etc.
