The Houston (TX) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated has served the Houston Community for more than 75 years. We are committed to leading the way to ensure our youth are academically successful. To further support our mission, we are excited to announce that the 2026 scholarship application is currently open!!! Please share with your networks!

 

The online application, https://bit.ly/4u4j5Cr deadline is May 11, 2026. The application link and QR code are attached. The application is also located on the chapter's scholarship website, www.houstonlinks.org/scholarship/

 

Scholarship Criteria

*Houston area senior/home school student graduating by June 2026.

Student must be enrolled full-time at a 2 or 4-year college or university in the fall of 2026

 

*Minimum GPA – “B” average is preferred. If GPA is lower than a “B” average, please share any issues or obstacles in the required essay.

 

Information Required

*High School transcript

Two letters of recommendation (at least one letter from an educator- teacher, counselor, or high school administrator and a community leader- minister, scout leader, etc.

*Recent photograph (head shot)
