BDPA Education & Technology Foundation’s Scholarship Program supports development of the best and brightest future information technology professionals worldwide through learning opportunities.
We established our scholarship program to stimulate the interest of young people in the fields of science and technology, areas where youth from underserved communities are seriously underrepresented. Our scholarships assist students in obtaining degrees from accredited institutions of high learning in the fields of computer science, mathematics and information technology related field.
We are pleased to announce the availability of our STEM-based scholarship opportunities supported by the generosity of our corporate sponsors.
Johnson & Johnson is proud to offer the Johnson & Johnson Scholarship to any eligible college student! $20,000 in scholarships will be awarded! The Johnson & Johnson Scholarship seeks to provide financial assistance to any rising sophomore or higher student at a 4-year college or university. Oracle knows talented individuals drive success, and they are willing to encourage positive workforce development through organizations such as BDPA. As such, Oracle made the decision to offer $15,000 in scholarships. These scholarships are available to high school students (grade 12), community college students and undergraduate college students. The student must be studying in a STEM-related curriculum. The student must also be a BDPA member in good standing on or before July 15, 2019. BDPA student membership is $25 annually.
Bayer is proud to offer the Bayer Scholarship for BDPA Students to any eligible college student! $10,000 in scholarships will be awarded! Eli Lilly and Company - Is proud to offer the 13th annual Eli Lilly and Company Scholarship for BDPA Students to any graduating high school student or current college student! $8,000 in scholarships will be awarded! Eli Lilly and Company seeks to provide financial assistance to any graduating high school senior or current college student. Daugherty Business Solutions seeks to support the career aspiration of BDPA students in the St. Louis area through their Wanda Everett Scholarship. They are proud to offer the to any eligible BDPA St. Louis student member. $5,000 in scholarships will be awarded! Daugherty will provide scholarships for outstanding students in the St. Louis metropolitan area that has an interest in pursuing or continuing a 2-year or 4-year academic program related to Information Technology at the undergraduate or graduate level. The winning scholars will be announced at the 2019 BDPA Technology Conference on August 1-3 in Atlanta, GA.
