Title: Project Director
Program WAITT

Reports to: Executive Director
Brentwood Community Foundation

Function: Provides oversight and monitoring of daily program operations. Provides oversight for grants management and accountability.

Major Responsibilities/Duties
• Ensure that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization
• Supervise Project WAITT staff
• Submit all required administrative and programmatic reports
• Coordinate development and implementation of project marketing plans and activities
• Monitor budget to ensure programs remain on target with revenues and spending; Ensure funds are used in accordance with funding guidelines
• Collect and compile data for program and fiscal reports
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners

Qualifications and Experience Preferences
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in social work, education, sociology or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 3 years of experience in program management and supervision
• Computer literate and proficient in use of Windows, Excel, Word, etc.
