Public Input on I-45 Project

I will never forget when one of our Scattergood Club Members Ms. Nellye Joyce Punch got the FREEWAY routing changed as it was going to BYPASS with NO Exit Calvacade St. essentially 5th Ward. She lobbied TX DOT and it worked. If you want to have a voice this is the way to do it!!

The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Houston District is conducting the Gulf Freeway Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) Study that covers Interstate 45 (I-45) South from I-69/US 59 (Downtown) to Beltway 8 South in Harris County.
