Any efamily with connections to Howard Payne university - its administration, board, or faculty or scholarships or charities (including churches in Dallas) for Dallas youth, please let me know. Any ideas ? One of our efamily members told me about this student in need - he's described as an outstanding scholar and athlete - family financial difficulties due to COVID-19. Target requirement is $3500 per semester.
