Sit and Be Fit with AARP - Share with the Seniors!
Fitness and art come together in this AARP Houston and MECA virtual series titled “Silver Stars: Mondays with MECA.” This 5-part event includes a hybrid instruction of Sit and Be Fit - a low impact but high-intensity workout that blends dance and yoga combined with a visual art activity. The 50-minute sessions are curated, especially for you.
The first 25 minutes of each class will begin with Sit and be Fit. The second 25 minutes of each session will include a visual art activity to improve hand to eye coordination and dexterity.
