JOB Seeking Park Caretaker

 Our Client Harris County PCT2 is looking for a park caretaker. See the details below

4 for the day shift/male or female

5 for the night shift/male or female

Job Summary: KEEPING THE PARK CLEAN AND OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED. under a supervisor, perform duties related to landscaping, grounds development and maintenance of county park ground equipment, facilities, roadways and right-of-ways etc.

PAY RATE:$15.00PH
SCHEDULE:
1st shift will be from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday thru Tuesday Off on Wednesday & Thursday

2nd shift will be from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Thursday thru Monday Off on Tuesday & Wednesday

Employees are/or will be required to work every weekend and all major holidays, which includes Easter, Memorial, 4th of July, and Labor Day weekends.

MUST HAVE A CLEAN BACKGROUND
MUST HAVE A TEXAS VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.
LOCATION: sylvan beach park, La Porte, TX, 77571
Job Duties:

Emptying trash barrel bags and replacing them with new bags.

Be able to lift 50 lbs….+ or -

Cleaning all restroom facilities

Clearing of the park grounds of litter

All other duties as assigned

The workday will consist of many hours of walking, cleaning restrooms with household chemicals, lifting & disposing of trash bags, so please be mindful of the job being physically demanding.

There are no onsite lunch availabilities / County refrigerator, microwave, and ice machine are available. Lunch break will be 30 minutes.
