CSBB Summer Internship, Early Careers
CSBB Rotational Analyst Program
CSBB offers an early career development program that provides participants with a ten-week overview of Wells Fargo and a high-level understanding of the company's operations, business strategies, and organizational culture.
CSBB offers a two-year early career development program consisting of business rotations designed to provide recent college graduates with experience across Wells Fargo’s internal CSBB footprint.

Required Qualifications

· 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
· Demonstrated innovative mindset, intellectual curiosity, and self-starter initiative through projects, coursework, and/or extracurricular enrichment activities
· Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form
· Basic proficiency in any of these tools, Power Bi, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, SQL, and/or other analytics tools
· Ability to quickly evaluate and solve analytical problems in a fast-paced environment
· BA/BS degree candidates with a preferred major concentration in: Business, Data, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management – All majors welcome to apply
