Dr. Jesse D. Hayes, Jr. Annual Children “Free” Fly-In

The Bronze Eagles Flying Club of Texas (BEFC), a non-profit charity flying organization and

chapter of the Black Pilots of America, Inc. (BPA), was established in 1967 for one of the purposes of

promoting disadvantaged youth in their endeavors towards higher education. BEFC offers a variety of services including: free familiarization flights, free training to help further student interest in the field of aviation, and a

National Summer Flight Academy Scholarship Program for eligible students.

(12 – 19 years of age) and

Please note:

This Fly-In is for children*ONLY! For safety purposes, children must be old enough

to fly without parent or guardian. Free Gift Bags to first 100 kids registered.

*ONLY Adult Guests of Pilots will be allowed to fly in that particular Pilot’s Plane.

Free hot dogs and sodas provided upon completion of flight and tour from the
