• Crowdsourced Rescue - A tool used to connect those seeking assistance with those able to give assistance. Has forms for both "in need of" and "able to give."

• TX Mutual Aid Directory - List of mutual aid orgs throughout Texas.

• Report Price Gouging - To report price gouging or other disaster scams text 346-354-7459, or go to https://www.harriscountycao.org/report-price-gouging.

• If you are in need of winter storm assistance, call 211. Only dial 911 in case of life-threatening emergencies.

• If your pipes burst, please immediately turn off the water. You can reference this guidance sheet to help cut off your water. If you see water burst in someone else’s residence, please call 211.
