SERVE HOUSTON sends teams of SERVE HOUSTON AmeriCorps Members to project sites across Houston to provide direct service to community members by promoting healthy equitable futures for all. Members engage vulnerable populations in living healthier lives by providing outreach, training, and hands-on activities on nutrition, wellness practices, social and physical fitness, and other activities to directly benefit our community's health and wellbeing.
