Dear Janice,

Thank you to all of those that have already reached one!

The 2023 Each One Reach One NAACP Membership Drive is simple. We are calling on every NAACP member to recruit at least one new member to join the Association this year.  We recognize that the important work we do every day to fulfill our mission would not be possible without a network of dedicated local activists and community leaders, who want to see Black America thrive just as much as we do. That’s why we need YOUR help to grow our support.

Our members in local units across the country help the Association further its mission by fighting systemic racism and inequality on the ground. Growing our membership is an important part of our ability to continue to fight for a world free of racism where Black people can enjoy equitable opportunities in thriving communities.

As our 114th Founders’ Day nears, we’re hoping that you will join our campaign to help us reach our membership goals this year. Here are some ways to do that:

  • Email – We have drafted an email for you to send to your network encouraging them to become a member.

  • Text to Join – Tell your network to text JOIN to 20707 to become a member.

To support our membership goals, I encourage you to make a personal commitment to participate in this important campaign. We have the opportunity to double our membership on one of the most important days of the year for the NAACP community. Together we can make this happen.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to your Membership Services team at members@naacpnet.org.

Happy Founder's Day,

Maisha B. Hoye
