Award-winning journalist Nikole Hannah-Jones, architect of The 1619 Project, leads a discussion on the importance of sharing diverse stories with featured One Houston, One Book authors Maria Hinojosa, Dr. Yusef Salaam, and Ibi Zoboi.
Mayor Sylvester Turner and Rhea Brown Lawson, Director of Houston Public Library, host this can't-miss grand finale event!
Alexander Byrd, Rice University Vice Provost for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, moderates the program.
This event is free and open to the public.
