The African American Male Wellness Agency would like to extend a warm invitation to your esteemed company to participate as vendor at its upcoming Inaugural UpliftHER Wellness Day, scheduled to be held on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at The Community of Faith Church in Houston, Texas. The UpliftHER Wellness Day is a health & wellness event for women, created by women to inform & empower women of color to take responsibility & prioritize their health. Participants will be exposed to a robust network of healthcare professionals, community partners, sponsors, community health workers, patient navigators, and vendors that will provide a variety of resources that support: Heart Health & Diabetes Health with Biometric Screenings & Education Breast Health, Mammograms, & Education Women’s Wellness, Cervical Cancer Screenings, & Education Lung Health, Cancer Assessments, & Education Colorectal Health, Cancer Assessments, & Education Maternal & Infant Health, Education, & Safe Sleep Resources Mental Wellness, Cognitive Assessments, & Education Organ, Tissue, & Blood Donation Registrations, Education, & Resources Youth Mentorship Activities for young ladies, ages 13-17 As a vendor, you will have an opportunity to highlight your company's brand to a captive audience of event attendees and participants. Your presence will not only contribute to their knowledge of healthcare resources available but also offer a firsthand experience at the positive outcomes of living a healthy lifestyle and maintaining preventative care. In addition to the vendor booth, we also encourage vendors to display your innovative products, prototypes, or educational materials at your booth to captivate the curiosity of women and introduce them to the possibilities of healthy living and preventative healthcare maintenance. For the event, we offer three (3) opportunities to be a vendor: Non-Selling Vendor (FREE): Vendor will be located inside the venue and provided with a 6’ table and two (2) chairs. Vendors WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL their products or service – only promote, market, and register interested parties to use their products or services. Marketplace Vendor ($75.00): Vendor will be located outside the venue and provided with a 10’ x 10’ tent, a 6’ table, and two (2) chairs. Vendors will be allowed to promote or sell their products/services to all event attendees. Food Truck Vendor ($150.00): Vendor will be allowed to park Food Truck in designated area, near the outdoor marketplace, and sell food and beverage items to all event attendees.
