Queendom
Come, Inc. is a
non-profit organization with a mission to teach, inspire and motivate girls and
women to value their self-worth and virtue by cultivating the Queen within. It
is QCI's desire to connect the girls with their inner Power and connect to
their Purpose. QCI challenges them to become leaders in their communities,
exemplifying the excellent character and positive feminine expression, which
ultimately brings success in all areas of their life.
The girls will also learn the
science of communication to better relationships; how to increase the energy in
their body to accomplish their goals and live a healthier life physically,
mentally and emotionally; and how to create a financial and success blueprint
that serves them and will create abundance in all areas of their lives. All of
these practical skills taught will allow them to overcome obstacles that stop
our youth from being their best selves.
The Sister Summit was born out of a need to address gender and
culture-specific issues that are plaguing women and girls in our communities.
Last year's Sister Summit '16 hosted over 500 high school
students from schools such as Worthing High School, MacArthur High School,
Wheatly High School, Sharpstown High School, Victory College Prep, The Elevated
Places and Good Hope Academy. Sister Summit ’16 was a success, and our students are still
talking about the tools they have gained to succeed in life! This will be QCI's
4 th Sister Summit.
