Each year MIT admissions officers travel the country to inform high school students about the educational opportunities at MIT. This year, the Houston meetings will be held as indicated below. Many local Educational Counselors will also be available to answer questions. All interested students and parents are invited to attend and learn about MIT.

By the way, many prospects deselect themselves because of assumptions about the expense. This should not be a limitation. MIT is a need-based institution. All admitted students are guaranteed a financial aid package that is tailored to their personal situation and that will allow them to attend the school.
