Same Location, Same Cause
As COVID-19 continues to spread across the United States and affect and claim the lives of African Americans and countless others, the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Inc. (CBCF) has rescheduled the Scholarship Classic originally slated for June. Your health and wellness are paramount!
The 28th Annual Mervyn L. and Stephanie Tubbs Jones Memorial Scholarship Classic will be hosted October 11-12, 2020 at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay in Cambridge, Maryland. We look forward to you joining this fun-filled weekend for a great cause—to help our young people attend and complete their higher education.
Whether you can join us in October or not, please make a contribution to CBCF today. Our mission must be fulfilled! We cannot do it without you!
In the fall, young people will return to colleges and universities, and will need our scholarship assistance. African American students need us now more than ever. Receiving your contribution by May 31 is appreciated and will allow CBCF to disburse scholarships prior to the beginning of the fall semester.
