What is Advancing Black Leaders?
ABL is our newest diversity strategy that focuses on attracting, hiring and retaining black talent. As part of our commitment to diversity, our ABL Conference seeks to provide top sophomores, juniors or seniors, who self-identify as Black the chance to gain in-depth knowledge and deep dive in our Corporate & Investment Bank and cultivate relationships through mentoring and networking opportunities.

What to expect:
These virtual conferences are intended to provide students with the following:
Career readiness workshops
Committed mentorship to help provide guidance and support
Supplemental online activities (i.e. financial modules and other relevant courses)
These sessions and activities will provide candidates with the opportunity to engage with our senior leaders and other talented individuals across the Corporate & Investment Bank business and position them for career success and what it takes to make a real impact in their work. Candidates will learn about our firm and a number of career paths in Investment Banking, Risk, Markets, or Wholesale Payments & Corporate Banking, where they can apply their skills and interests.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for highly driven and exceptional sophomore students, who self-identify as Black, talented and show great potential to excel in their work. We welcome all majors who have an interest in financial services.
Genuine interest and commitment in the Corporate & Investment Bank business
Exhibit intellectual curiosity and the ability to think critically
Strong initiative, energy and confidence
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated leadership skills
Comfortable navigating and working well in groups
Fluency in English
Attend college/university in the U.S
Preferred minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
Graduation date between December 2021 – Spring 2022
