Mrs. Margie Phelps and Mary Lee Hollins, David Hollins' Mom were friends forever.  They were both Earth Angel’s and active in their community.  Mrs. Phelps was former president of Northeast Division’s Positive Interaction Program.  Mrs. Phelps passed away on Thursday, February 3rd, Please pray for the Phelps family.
