G reetings Annual Parade Participants:
You have been invited to once again participate in the 9th Annual Mayor Sylvester Turner’s Acres Homes Juneteenth Parade on Saturday, June 18, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The parade will begin at Acres Homes Multi-Service Center at 6719 W. Montgomery and Wilburforce, travel north on W. Montgomery, west on Dolly Wright, and end at Greater Zion Missionary Baptist Church at 1620 Dolly Wright.
This year's parade features community elementary, middle and high school bands, dance groups, trail riders, carriages, custom cars, and we would like to include you AGAIN!
If you wish to participate click here to register. Deadline to for registration is May 27,2022. All moving vehicles must be decorated to participate. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If you are unable to participate, I encourage you to invite your family and friends to come out, support and celebrate Mayor Sylvester Turner’s Juneteenth Parade with the Acres Homes Community.
