  Our ACT-SO Enrichment Meeting will be held on Friday, January 30, 2015, at the Houston Branch NAACP Office, 2002 Wheeler Avenue from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
  
  We are pleased to have as our guest presenters, Vincent M. Powell, Media and Communications Director at a local church, renowned speaker and past member of the award winning Texas Southern Debate Team. He will engage your attention to public speaking skills and will wow you with one of his orations. We also have committee member, Halcyon Sutton, an educator and businesswoman who will speak on the Business category specifically on Entrepreneurship.
  
  Come prepared to ask questions and to learn from the pros how to be effective in your communication skills. All categories can benefit from the presentations as you all will have to communicate with the judges during the competition.
