Summer Research Experience
Through our National Cancer Institute
(NCI) funded R25E Cancer Prevention Education: Student Research Experiences (CA056452)
training grant, we created this Summer Research Experience. This program is
open to undergraduate, graduate, and health professional students, who are U.S.
citizens and permanent residents, and enrolled in a degree-granting
program. We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds including
underrepresented minority students, students from economically disadvantaged
and underserved backgrounds, and students with disabilities. Students will be exposed
to cancer prevention and control research and encouraged to pursue careers in
science, medicine and public health.
