New Tidwell Acquatics Facility announced by Mayor Turner

Mayor Turner and Community Leaders to Hold Groundbreaking for New Tidwell Park Aquatics Facility WHAT: Mayor Sylvester Turner will join elected officials, community leaders, and families for a groundbreaking on an exciting aquatics facility at Tidwell Park. The project includes the construction of a new aquatic facility with an enclosed zero-depth, heated leisure pool with swim lanes and a water slide. Project funding combines local funding and federal/state funds secured by State Representative Senfronia Thompson.

Following the announcement, families are invited to participate in the Tidwell Community Center Family Funday.
