Description: Part-time HR Generalist - 20 hours per week The HR Generalist provides customer service to Wesley staff pertaining to employee relations, compliance with state and federal laws, program services requirements, recruiting, on-boarding, performance planning, employee counseling, record maintenance, and HR reporting. Responsibilities include updating job descriptions, assisting with recruitment, screening, and interviewing, facilitating new hire process and ensuring legal compliance. Description: The Director is responsible for overseeing the accounting activities of the organization in accordance with the agency’s Accounting Policies and Procedures. Additionally this position is responsible for the fair presentation in the financial statements of financial position, changes in net assets and cash flows in conformity with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles and establishing and maintaining effective internal controls.
