Got a kid in college - if they are permanent residents of Texas you can encourage them to vote by mail if they can't register in the state where the college is located. Senior Citizens may prefer to vote by mail, Help get the word out! Make sure they request the ballot be sent to them using the vote by mail form (can be done via email or fax) and get the ballot back via US MAIL only by 7pm Nov.8th
