Rodney Ellis Buffalo Soldiers Breakfast video - supporters including our Mayor give testimonials to Re-Elect Rodney

Just got this video (link to the video at the bottom of this post) which friends are asked to share from the Precinct Chairs Breakfast last Saturday for Precinct 1 Commissioner Rodney Ellis - it includes testimonials from our Mayor and others. My support for Rodney is from being up close and personal...that goes back to my teens... Rodney is my friend from college (he lived in my dorm's grad tower UT's Jester as a grad student at UT's Law School and the LBJ school (when I was an undergrad at UT), then we crossed paths in Washington, DC when he was working for Congressman Mickey Leland as his senior staffer and I was working for Congressman Eckhardt as an LBJ intern both Congressmen who worked together on legislation for our community. I met Licia Green (now Ellis' wife) when she was working in the Houston office for Mickey Leland - we go way back! Our children were in the same 1st grade class (Ms Gray the teacher had 3 girls with similar names -- my daughter Maria, LaTricia Williams's daughter Moriah, and Rodney's daughter Maria (pronounced Mariah) fond memories...and yes Rodney did read stories at storytime! (Both my Rodney and Commissioner Rodney Ellis!) Over the years Commissioner Ellis has been a strong advocate for our community and knows how to get things done! Watch him sometime on https://agenda.harriscountytx.gov/ - there are videos of prior meetings - see him in ACTION - he does not mince words when advocating for us! We need strong leadership in this position! I'm supporting Rodney the man personally and his legacy of public service! Vote Early or on March 3rd for Rodney Ellis Precinct 1 Commissioner.

(If listening at work be sure the sound is not too loud, one supporter is quite fervent and loudly slips out the D word in his passion for supporting Rodney's re-election!)

Vote Early or on March 3 to Re-Elect Rodney Ellis!
