Be actively enrolled as a rising Junior or Senior
at a HBCU and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5.
Provide transcript(s).
Provide 3 letters of reference.
Be a permanent resident of the greater Houston
Area.
Scholarship Instructions
Include an essay advising Port City Chapter of
the Links, Inc. why you are applying for the
scholarship, describe your short term and long
term goals. Tell us why you have selected your
area of study and how do you plan to apply your
education.
