Volunteer to Build Picnic Tables March 25th - Houston Community Toolbank - Tools for Change Event

The Houston Community ToolBank will be hosting their annual Tools for Change event and with the support of their sponsors, they plan to build 20 picnic tables for the community. They will distribute the tables to Title 1 schools or non-profits that are in need of outdoor space for their program. The event will be held at City Acre Brewing, 3418 Topping St, Houston, TX 77093 from 12 pm-5 pm. They are looking for volunteers to help support during the event. -Needs: event setup, starting at 10:30AM event teardown, from 5pm- 6:30PM event support: selling raffle tickets, build volunteer check-in, picnic table build support, kids build table support, support loading/unloading picnic tables Water and soft drinks available to all volunteers. 2 shifts available: Shift 1: 10:30am-2:30pm Shift 2: 2:00pm-6:00pm For more questions please email Nancy at nancy.clippard@toolbank.org
