My name is Cortlan J. Wickliff; I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Texas A&M’s Interdisciplinary Engineering department. I am conducting research in organizational compliance. Specifically, I am studying how an organization’s compliance related departments can improve internal communication of federally regulated companies.
