meets the minimum requirements.
All students must have completed their second year of college, be
enrolled in an accredited university pursing the appropriate degree and have a
minimum GPA of 3.0.
Additionally, Internship positions are not eligible for the
employee referral bonus.

Business Context: The INEOS O&P USA business manufactures
and markets Ethylene, Propylene, Butadiene, Polypropylene and
Polyethylene. Manufacturing sites
include Chocolate Bayou Works (Alvin, TX), Battleground Manufacturing Complex
(LaPorte, TX), and Carson PP Unit, (Carson, CA), with a division office in
League City, TX. The O&P USA business hosts its own in-house Information
Technology department.
How the Role
Fits In:
Provide direct support in process mapping and
documentation of SAP-related work activities to be used for end user training.
Environment: Unavailability of IT assets can have direct, negative
impact on business performance. The role
is necessary to ensure employees in the company can remain productive and
business processes that rely on technology continue to function.Problem solving done by the individual is limited to
choosing from a limited range of procedures fitting known patterns of problems.The individual works within established boundaries
(procedures, standards, etc.) with detailed scopes under close supervision.The
work to be accomplished typically follows well established procedures and/or
prior examples are available for guidance.The individual focuses on completion of specific
tasks.
Accountabilities:
• Provide data organization and analysis in support of
SAP process mapping and training documentation.
• Participates in system testing and
documentation.
• Directly assists one or more
members of the SAP Support team.
• The individual is aware of company standards and
procedures and works to improve understanding of them.
• Accepts and pursues clearly defined
objectives.
• Supervisor establishes daily tasks
and priorities.
Level of education & experience
Working on a Bachelors degree in a technical or business
field.
Technical skills
• Understands technical aspects of role and performs
work with frequent, direct supervision.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Skilled in document management
activities.
• Experience in working with SAP is
preferred.
Behavioral skills and Capabilities:

Education:
Actively
enrolled in Bachelor’s Degree program in Computer Science or Management
Information Systems.
- 3.0 or greater G.P.A. out of 4.0 is required.
