We are proud and pleased to share with you a very special video presented by our Music & Performance (M&P) Committee. Most of the content for this video was filmed in 2019 over two days preceding and following our 54th National Convention and was inspired by the 2019 Beyonce remix of "Before I Let Go" by Maze featuring Frankie Beverly!
Amid this unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic and considering cancers that can impact women's health, NoVAC is spreading its message of SELF CARE and that MOVING is HEALING. We are so proud of ALL of the Sorors who made contributions to this project. A special thanks to Soror Dr. Freda Briggman, Co-Chair, M&P, and our dance coaches for their leadership and creativity in the choreography. We also want to thank Soror Dr. Ugochi Akoma for her medical tips on maintaining good health. We want you to know that NoVAC CARES because YOUR HEALTH MATTERS.
