$16/hr

Please note the 3 main items of eligibility:

1. Must be Texas resident.
2. Hours of operation are Monday – Sunday, 7am-9pm CT. You must be able to work any 40 hour week schedule within this period. You will not select your schedule – No exceptions.
3. Equipment Requirements – You must have your own desktop/laptop workstation and high speed internet (no satellite or Chromebook) that meet the eligibility requirements specified below.

 Job Details:

• Inbound Customer Service Representative to respond/assist with inquiries from COVID-19 vaccination scheduling questionnaires or communications.
• Will use independent judgment to understand the logistics of available timeslots and if the location, distance and/or time of available appointment is a reasonable to book an appointment.
• May make outgoing calls to follow up on vaccination questions.
