Register to Vote in TX by October 5th

You Must Register By… Your application must be received in the Voter Registrar’s office or postmarked at least 30* days before an election for you to be eligible to vote in that election. To vote in Texas for the following elections be sure to register by the deadlines listed below. October 5, 2020 is the last day to register to vote for the November 3, 2020 election. *Per Sec. 13.143(e) of the Texas Election Code, if the 30th day before the date of an election is a Saturday, Sunday, or legal state or national holiday, an application is considered to be timely if it is submitted to the registrar on or before the next regular business day.
