Performs basic maintenance, which consist of ground maintenance, housekeeping activities, routine cleaning, repairs to structures, facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment. Operates power hand tools and equipment and performs painting, roofing, carpentry and plumbing activities.
Monitors inventory control. Must have a valid Texas driver's license and comply with COH AP 2-2 policy. Will drive the City vehicle on this assignment. Will have to work in extreme weather conditions such as rain/heat. Performs additional miscellaneous assignments as required. Six months of related experience are required.
