REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS EPA Grant Application Services and Ongoing Grant Management, Quality Control/Quality Assurance, and Technical Assistance Houston Land Bank
The Houston Land Bank (HLB), a City of Houston local government corporation, seeks statements of qualifications from respondents (firms and/or individuals) to write and submit successful EPA grant applications and provide management, technical assistance, quality assurance and quality control, and related services for HLB on resulting grant-funded projects. The successful firm will be eligible to provide related Environmental Analysis Services that are EPA grant-eligible, such as ESA Phase I, and will oversee the activities of other consultants and be the primary liaison between the coalition and the EPA regional office.
